一、公司注册流程
1. Company Registration Process
1️⃣ 公司名称申请
通过马来西亚公司委员会（SSM）系统（MyCoID）申请公司名称，一般在 1 个工作日内即可获批。
Apply for a company name via the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) through the MyCoID system.
Approval is usually granted within one working day.
2️⃣ 准备注册文件
所需资料包括：
- 董事与股东的护照复印件
- 公司注册地址（Registered Office）
- 公司秘书（Company Secretary）的委任信
Prepare the following registration documents:
- Copy of directors’ and shareholders’ passports
- Registered office address in Malaysia
- Appointment letter for a licensed Company Secretary
3️⃣ 提交注册申请
由公司秘书在线提交注册申请。成功后将获得：
